We have had the pleasure of visiting this wonderful farm for years and it's always an absolutely fantastic experience, especially for families with young children. Tiffany provides hands-on training in both horse grooming and riding in a way that is safe, engaging, and incredibly educational while fostering a respectful relationship with animals that could be intimidating. It is clear that Tiffany is passionate and takes the time to patiently guide the children through each step. Her calm and supportive approach makes all the difference, especially for first-time riders. What also stands out when you visit is not only how much she cares about her animals but the care that she has for kids. The environment is welcoming, well-organized and focused on creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone involved. I’ve been to rooted acres a few times with my kids (6 and 10). The atmosphere is so welcoming and the animals are all so well loved! They are social animals and the personalities that each of them have is so entertaining. Tiffany makes every experience educational and fun! I can’t wait to see what animals she adds next.

We’ve visited Rooted Acres a few times now, and it’s quickly become one of our favourite places to go. It’s a beautiful, family-friendly farm where kids can spend time with the horses, play with the goats, and explore the grounds.
What really makes it special is how welcoming and hands-on the experience is. My kids absolutely love helping brush and feed the horses, and getting the chance to go for a ride is always a highlight. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into what Tiffany does, and it shows in every visit.
It’s a relaxed, genuine place where you can just enjoy being outside and around animals. It’s a space to make some really great memories!

Our family has had such a wonderful experience at Rooted Acres Farm. From the very beginning, Tiffany has made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and supported. What really stood out was the patience and care she showed, especially with the kids and introducing them to Mia & Delta (& Gus). Not only did Tiffany take the time to teach my eldest daughter basic riding skills, but she also helped her to build confidence and feel at ease around the horses.
It was clear that creating a positive, safe, and encouraging environment was a top priority. My girls were given the space to go at their own pace, ask questions, and truly connect with the animals. Watching their confidence grow with each visit has been so special and they are always asking when we will visit Tiffany & the horses (& the goats)!

Over the past year, our family has loved visiting Rooted Acres in every season, including summer, fall, and winter, and each visit has been a wonderful experience. Tiffany has a special way of making every visitor feel like family from the moment you arrive. The animals are a highlight for our family, especially the friendly goats, horses, and dog. Even with a hyper and sometimes unpredictable toddler, we always feel comfortable and welcomed, and the animals are gentle and well handled.Tiffany’s background as an ECE and daycare owner truly shines through in the way she plans visits. She thoughtfully adapts experiences to match the developmental level of the children she hosts, making each visit engaging, safe, and memorable. Rooted Acres has become a special place for our family, and we look forward to returning again and again. Highly recommend to any family looking for a welcoming, hands on farm experience for their children.
My daughter had her birthday party at Rooted Acres and had so much fun. Everything was planned and taken care of from set up to pick up. I was impressed with Tiffany’s professionalism and ability to connect with people; as well as all the animals. She is safe and fun and my kiddos LOVED it. They keep asking to go back. Highly recommend. Can’t wait to return. The animas are well taken care of and facility in great shape.
